AONETHA Terms of Use

1. Parties and contract

AONETHA is a trading name and product of ICEWIND DALE CONSULTING LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 15925349; registered office: 347 Barking Road, London, England, E13 8EE. Support: support@aonetha.com. By creating an account or subscribing, you accept these terms. The laws of England and Wales govern these terms, without limiting mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction protections applicable in your country of residence.

2. Service and account

AONETHA provides software access to image and video generation, references, templates, libraries and projects. You must be at least 18, provide accurate details and protect your account. You may not create multiple accounts to evade limits or resell access.

3. Subscription and monthly allowance

Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected period and renew automatically until canceled. Each plan includes a non-transferable monthly credit allowance inside AONETHA. Credits are not currency, stored value or a payment instrument, have no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn, sold or transferred. Unused monthly credits expire when the next allowance is issued and do not roll over. Promotional credits are accounted for separately.

4. Price, tax and management

The plan, billing period, currency, contents and total including applicable tax are displayed before checkout confirmation. Stripe processes payment, indirect taxes, invoices and payment disputes. The Customer Portal lets you cancel renewal, update payment details and download documents. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period.

5. Content and AI output

You retain rights in content you lawfully upload and permit its technical processing to provide the service. You are responsible for input rights and consents and for use of outputs. Outputs may be inaccurate, non-unique or similar to third-party works; AONETHA does not guarantee exclusive rights or suitability for a particular campaign.

6. Acceptable use

Face swaps, deepfakes, voice or identity impersonation, deceptive realistic media, use of a person’s likeness without express permission, sexual content, child exploitation, unlawful, extremist or terrorist content, harassment, fraud, malware, safeguard evasion, privacy or IP infringement, discriminatory automated profiling and resale as a marketplace are prohibited.

7. Availability and liability

Models and generation times may change and providers may reject prompts. Credits are restored when a technical failure occurs before delivery. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law; mandatory liability and consumer remedies are not excluded.
