Consent to Data Processing

1. Data and operations

You permit processing of account details, prompts, references, outputs, projects, usage history and necessary technical data to operate the generative service, storage, security and support.

2. Vendors

Data may be sent to Google Cloud and generative AI services as necessary to perform a request. Stripe processes payment details under its own policy; AONETHA receives only billing identifiers and statuses.

3. People in content

When uploading a person’s image, you confirm that the depicted person is an adult and that you have a valid legal basis and required permissions. Do not upload identity documents, biometrics, health data or children’s data.

4. Withdrawal

You may withdraw consent through support. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing and may prevent further service delivery. Optional analytics and marketing remain separate choices in Cookie Settings.
