Refund and Credit Restoration Policy

This policy separates automatic credit restoration from monetary refunds through Stripe.
1. Automatic restoration
Credits are restored once when a generation fails technically, times out or is stopped by a provider filter before an output is delivered. Subjective dissatisfaction with a successfully delivered output is not by itself a technical failure.
2. Monetary refunds
Submit a request through support using the account email, Stripe transaction identifier and reason. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Posting time depends on the bank and payment network.
3. Consumer rights
Nothing limits mandatory withdrawal, refund or remedy rights. Immediate supply of a digital service may require separate express consent and acknowledgment of its effect on withdrawal rights. Fraud, duplicate charges, unavailable paid service and other statutory grounds are reviewed regardless of usage.
4. Cancellation
Cancellation stops the next renewal but normally does not reverse the current paid period. Refund and cancellation are separate actions. A chargeback may suspend access and unused credits while investigated.
