Subscription and Sales Terms

AONETHA subscriptions and credit packs are paid through Stripe Checkout in USD, EUR or GBP. The selected amount and billing period are shown before payment.
1. Operator and service
Operator and merchant: ICEWIND DALE CONSULTING LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 15925349; registered office: 347 Barking Road, London, England, E13 8EE. AONETHA is a trading name and product of the company. A subscription provides time-limited software access and a monthly non-transferable AI generation allowance for the selected plan.
2. Contract formation
Before payment you see the plan, period, currency, tax, renewal terms and legal links. A paid subscription is formed after Stripe confirms payment; a browser redirect alone never grants paid usage. While checkout is marked as awaiting provider approval, the site does not accept money.
3. Fulfilment and renewal
Access and credits are provisioned only after a verified webhook. The subscription renews for the same period until canceled. Each new monthly allowance replaces the prior period’s remainder; unused credits do not roll over or convert to money.
4. Cancellation and complaints
You may cancel future renewal through the Stripe Customer Portal. Send access, quality, refund or legal notices to support@aonetha.com. We acknowledge requests and aim to provide a substantive response within ten business days.
